The Average Wage Increase Of Employees In Jinan Monopoly Enterprises Shall Not Exceed 15%

Jinan Municipal Government recently released the 2010 enterprise salary guideline, which clearly stipulates that the average wage growth rate of employees in monopoly enterprises shall not exceed the benchmark of 15%.


In order to guide the reasonable growth of enterprise employees' wages, Jinan City has determined that in principle, the city's enterprise wage guidance line in 2010 is based on the average wage of 29883 yuan of on the job employees of legal entities in 2009, the base line is the average wage growth of 15%, the upper line (warning line) is the average wage growth of 23%, and the lower line is the average wage growth of 6.5%.


Jinan clearly stipulates that enterprises can arrange wage growth according to their production and operation conditions and the requirements of the wage guidelines, but the average wage growth rate of employees in monopoly enterprises and state-owned and state holding enterprises subsidized by the state shall not exceed the benchmark of 15%. If the annual wages of the employees of the enterprise have not been increased reasonably, the wages of the operators shall not be increased, and the enterprise and operators shall not participate in the evaluation of excellence; For enterprises that implement the annual salary system, the relevant departments shall not verify and cash the annual salary of operators.


Jinan also adjusted the minimum growth rate of enterprise economic benefits and employee wages, setting the minimum growth rate of enterprise wages at 0.4%, that is, for every 1% increase in enterprise profits, employee wages should increase at least 0.4%.
